Lettings and Estates Security Supervisor

At Huddersfield New College, we strive to ensure that every student receives an outstanding quality of education, one which enables them to progress successfully from the College to the university, employers or apprenticeships of their choice.

As the Lettings and Estates Security Supervisor, you will support the Director of Estates in the organisation of lettings, including diary management, greeting customers and ensuring that all the services are ready for use. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees, by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.

Applicants should ideally be educated to Level 2 (GCSE equivalent), including Maths and English Language and have a Security Industry Authority (SIA), A level 1 or 2 qualification, or relevant work experience.

This is a permanent role, 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, full year and the salary details are:  within the NJC pay spine range 15 – 18 for Support Staff (£16,500 - £17,350 reduced pro-rata to £11,148.65 - £11,722.97 pay award for 2019/20 pending).
