Finance Officer

As the Finance Officer, you will support the Director of Finance and Resources in providing a professional and efficient financial service for all stakeholders, including students, in line with the College’s financial regulations, processes and relevant legislation.

You will have a keen eye for detail, to ensure the highest levels of accuracy, and have strong time management skills. Applicants should ideally be educated to Level 3 (A level or equivalent), possess GCSE Maths and English Language at grade C/4 or above, and have a financial qualification, such as AAT, or relevant work experience.

This is a permanent role and salary details are:

Range 19 – 21 of the NJC pay spine for Support Staff £17,700 - £18,400 (this role is 37 hours per week, term time only, plus 10 days; salary reduced to £15,018 - £16,255 pro-rata)

Technician

As the Art and Design Technician, you will support the Head of Department and teaching staff in providing an outstanding educational experience for all our students, in line with the College’s Teaching and Learning aims. 

You will have a keen eye for detail, to ensure the highest levels of safe, independent practical activity and have effective time management skills. Applicants should ideally be educated to Level 3 (A level or equivalent), possess GCSE Maths and English Language at grade C/4 or above and ideally have an Art qualification at degree level and / or other relevant experience.

This is a permanent role and salary details are:

Range 19 – 21 of the NJC pay spine for Support Staff £17,700 - £18,400 (this role is 21 hours per week, term time only; salary reduced to £8,496 - £8,832 per annum pro-rata for the reduced week’s contract)

Learner Placement Officer

As the Learner Placement Officer, you will support the Department of Early Years to support, monitor, and review learner placements in accordance with the awarding body and college procedures. 

You will be highly supportive and attentive to the needs of our students and have strong time management skills. Applicants should ideally possess GCSE Maths and English Language at grade C/4 or above, and have Child Care assessment qualification, such as Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement.

This is a permanent role and salary details are:

Range 29 – 31 of the NJC pay spine for Support Staff £23,496 - £24,947 (this role is 30 hours per week, 35 weeks per year; salary reduced to £14,726 - £15,636 per annum pro-rata for the reduced hours and week’s contract)
