IT Service Desk Manager

Permanent. Full time, 37 hours per week, full year, 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday (Friday, 4pm finish)

The salary for this post is within the range NSP18-20 of the NJC pay framework for Support Staff; £28,499 to £30,406.

We are looking for an ambitious and talented person to lead the IT Service Desk team. This post requires you to combine your technical knowledge and people skills to lead the day to day running of the IT service desk and team, ensuring an outstanding service for staff and students.

You should be educated to a degree level, or with significant relevant experience. The College offers exceptional personal development with specific training to enable you to enhance your skills and progress in your career.
