The salary for this post is within the NJC pay spine range 14-16 of the NJC pay framework for Support Staff; £24,750 - £26,279

To continue to offer our students and staff outstanding support, and due to the expansion of online learning and working, we are looking to grow our highly-skilled IT Development Team and appoint a talented, experienced individual to foster and develop the growth of our established online learning/working platform Office365/MS Teams.

Permanent. 37 hours per week, Term Time Only plus 5 days
The salary for this post is within the NJC pay spine range of 12-14 for Support Staff; £22,755 - £24,147 (reduced pro-rata to £19,599.92 - £20,798.91 to reflect the reduced weeks contract).
We are seeking a well-organised, capable and self-motivated individual to join our careers education, information and guidance team and support subject areas, pastoral teams and all students within the College.
The College has recently met all of the Gatsby benchmarks and the successful candidate will be a member of an experienced and highly effective team who would continue the drive to support each and every individual student from a population of 2500 young people. Communication skills and the capacity to have innovative ideas for the CEIAG delivery is essential if we are to continue our outstanding provision.
Given the varied nature of the role the successful candidate must be approachable and have a pro-active and flexible attitude to all tasks. In return you will work alongside experienced and supportive colleagues and the role has the opportunity for professional development and progression for the right person.
