On Wednesday 30th April, our AS and BTEC Travel students enjoyed a visit to Blackpool Pleasure Beach. It wasn’t all gallivanting on the beach though; our students were in Blackpool as they were invited to attend a fantastic talk courtesy of the Blackpool Education Centre. Not only was this a great way to get a better understanding of the attraction industry, it also helped our students get to grips with their coursework.
A trip to Blackpool wouldn’t be complete without hopping on at least one rollercoaster though, so we made sure we’d left enough time at the end of the day to enjoy the amusement park (all in the name of research, of course).
