The College’s end of year talent show ended the winter term in style, with students from across the College taking part in a variety of performances, from comedy sketches to solo vocal performances.

The talent show is a part of HNC’s wider enrichment programme, and the College’s Performing Arts teachers delivered expert advice during rehearsal sessions, helping students to hone their act and work on their stage presence. The end result was an eclectic mix of performances that had the audience wowed!

A highlight of the show was an incredible performance of East 17’s hit ‘Stay Another Day’, complete with ‘fur’ coats, podiums and a choreographed routine that had the audience laughing out loud!

At the end of the show, the audience were invited to vote on their favourite act using a clap-o-meter; all of the acts were popular, but there was a standout winner. A Level student, Lydia Taylor knocked it out of the park with an incredible rendition of Sam Smith’s hit ‘One Last Song’.
