On the evening, the NCFD’s Top 100 Index is also revealed along with the winner of the number one organisation in the UK for FREDIE. HNC has won the title of Number One Organisation in the UK for Equality and Diversity for three years running.

Erika Montgomery, Director of Diversity at HNC comments: “Our approach to Equality and Diversity is embedded in all aspects of life at HNC, and I am delighted that we have been nominated across a range of award categories. Our staff work incredibly hard, constantly thinking of new and unique ways to help our students to explore and celebrate their own differences and those of others. Our College family is treated fairly and with respect and dignity, and our nominees are the ones championing this approach day in, day out. We are very proud of our approach, and that for three years running we have been named as Number One Organisation in the UK as a result of this – ahead of a number of leading businesses and organisations. We look forward to the evening, and to also celebrating the importance of FREDIE with all the nominees.”
