Cricket Academy given taste of University life
Huddersfield New College Cricket Academy were invited to Loughborough University for a tour of their sports facilities and a session in the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) High Performance Centre.

Aspire students visit the University of York
As part of their study on Huddersfield New College’s Aspire programme, 35 students visited the University of York on the 16th of November for a series of talks.
A thoroughly enjoyable open evening
The college’s second open event – and first open evening – of the year was another huge success.
Huddersfield New College opened its doors to the public on a Saturday for the first time ever at the weekend. Between 10am and 1pm over 1200 potential students and their families were given the opportunity to have a look around college and talk to teaching staff.
Psychic ability evident during open morning
Students from Huddersfield New College’s Psychology department have discovered evidence of psychic ability in their potential peers. During the college’s open morning on 10 November, students asked visitors to take part in a series of experiments.
